Do you ship Internationally?

-Yes! I love doing custom orders. If you do not see what you are looking for here in the shop, or if you have something specific in mind simply write me an email to discuss what you are looking for.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
-Yes! We have gift wrapping for birthdays as well as other holidays. Just add it to your basket and select which type you would like.
What is your turn around time?
Custom orders take about 7-10 days to make prior to shipping from the date that your order was placed. Shipping is ground and varies by location.
How does shipping work?
The rate you are charged for shipping is based on the weight of your products and your location. Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday. The carriers that I currently use are:
If tracking information is provided by the carrier I will update your order with this information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking information provided, such as International Orders.
What is your return policy?
Every order is a little different. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to discuss the issues at hand with your order. Please note that merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Treats that have been half eaten or if your animal simply did not like them will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Most returns will only be accepted due to faulty product. Keep in mind that wear and tear is not a reason for return.
What is the shelf life of the treats?
I do not use any preservatives in any of my treats. All treats are made with fresh ingredients and will last roughly 1-2 months. This time frame depends on the treats that you ordered as well as the conditions in which the treats are stored. Slews Chews is not responsible for any treats that are not used within this time frame.
Warm Weather Issues:
Warm weather is not good for any treats! As we all know the warmer it is the more likely it is that some of your treats could possibly melt. I can offer to ship your treats with refrigerated gel packs for an additional charge, however, I can not guarantee that this method will keep the treats in your order from melting.
